Going for it...

These photos of Carter from New Years Eve last year just crack me up! Carter had been eyeing these tacky sunglasses in the $bins at Target for weeks, and I finally broke down and bought them - of course considering the scrappiness of the potential photo I could get! I put them away, and gave them to him on NYE. My mom had the crown, and broke out the blowers. The kid put the whole get-up on himself, and boy did it make for a cute photo op! :)I was anxious to scrapbook them right away, but the cuteness of them made me want to get my LO "just so". This week I saw a new sketch site posted on Jemma's blog, and I figured I'd take a look. The sketch just happened to go well with the photos and the papers I'd chosen for these pics, and the whole layout came together in less than 30minutes! I liked it so much I decided to throw my hat in the ring for the DT call as well. I love working with sketches, so this would be right up my alley...wish me luck!
