Monday, Monday...

It's a bit of a gloomy day here today - totally foggy in the northern bay area. I think this is one of the first days we've lived here where the fog hasn't burned off to result in a sunny day. Oh well, it's been a good day for playing and cuddling, and having fun at our house!

Carter got super spoiled yesterday by our landlords. We had to sign a few papers, and they showed up at our door with this! It's a "Cars" themed Mega Blocks set. It's super cool and Carter has been playing with it pretty much non-stop today! We also decided that a cooler day meant it was a good day to cook! That was actually 100% Carter's idea. He loves to help cook! Unfortunately Mommy didn't have anything that really needed cooked or baked, and she didn't even have ingredients or a mix of any sort to whip something up for the freezer. So...we made bread...in the bread machine. Oh well, it made him happy!

We need just a little more...

I am happy to report despite Carter being able to add ingredients pretty much as he pleased, the bread turned out and looks quite good. It's a Italian heb and cheddar bread!
