We were excited to see the Whale Show at Discovery Kingdom. We lined up a few minutes before they opened the gates. We ended up being one of the first ones inside the stadium and Carter was very insistent we sit in the very first row. I knew we'd get wet, but I figured - how often would you get to sit at the very front center? Not often, so we did. Umm...we got WET! We snapped a few pics with our little point and shoot, but the good SLR went away. Good thing! EVERYTHING was soaked. Even my wallet inside my purse was wet. Shouka the whale quite deliberately flips her tail to dispense a lot of water out of the tank! Carter realllllly wasn't sure about his choice of seats after the first soaking, but he was a good sport.
