Here are a few of the fun and touristy things we did while Nancy was visiting!
A few months ago there was a Groupon deal for the SF "Ride the Ducks" tour. I bought it, knowing that Carter would love it, and it would be a fun way for Nancy - and all of us - to see the city. It's a tour bus ride that drives around the city...then the bus turns into a boat and we drove around the bay. Very fun! Carter thought it was SOOO cool that he got to drive the bus (well, the boat) while it was in the bay. Hanging out of his mouth is his beloved quacker. All the kids got them - basically a whistle that sounds like quacking!
We also went to Santa Cruz and toured the Boardwalk. Carter got a ride wristband and rode alllll the rides. Steve also got a ride band to ride with Carter...but he doesn't like the spinny rides...let's just say he was pretty green by the end of the day. Carter will ride on ANYTHING though and love it!

Carter told us months ago that when Auntie Nancy came he wanted to go mini-golfing with her. So, we also went golfing in Santa Cruz. Carter came in last with a score of over 100, Nancy was next with 63, then me with 53 and Steve won with 50! It was very fun though. :)
